Turista en tu Ciudad” promotion to entice locals and foreign residents
to explore and enjoy the city’s restaurants.
To that end, beginning November 13, 25 restaurants are offering a 25 percent discount on regular menu items every Wednesday of the week for the next three months.
Foreign residents, said Ricardo Velarde Cárdenas of Canirac, can obtain one of the 1,000 special identification cards that will allow them to also take advantage of the restaurant discounts, although he did not specify where foreign residents can obtain the cards.
Participating restaurants are located in main entertainment areas of the city and include The Dug Out, El Capitano, Mil Amores, Jungle Juice, Coronita Centro and Ta’ Café.
