Owners of restaurants in Olas Altas met with Mazatlán Mayor Alejandro

Ricardo Velarde, president of the local chapter of Canirac, told reporters there are 15 restaurants in Olas Altas. The plan is to erect two performance stages and altars along the esplanade fashioned by students of architecture and design schools.
The event is for families, young people and adults, he said, adding that at the meeting with the Mayor they had requested permission for the event on November 2 to begin at 4pm and end at 3am on November 3.
